Sr. Manager, Creative Management - Wild Rift (Game Creative Operations): Managing a multidisciplinary creative team and the execution of art content for Wild Rift with an accent on creative operations, scalable pipelines, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building production systems, coaching creative leaders, coordinating global and external partners, and maintaining consistent art quality across disciplines.

What you will do
- Lead, manage, and coach a multidisciplinary creative team supporting Wild Rift.
- Translate creative vision into actionable goals and maintain alignment across disciplines.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality creative content while guiding decisions and resolving conflicts when needed.
- Develop style guides, content guidelines, data organization, and scalable art pipelines and workflows.
- Build partnerships with Product Leads, Delivery Leads, stakeholders, the Game Director, global teams, and Tencent partners.
- Partner with recruiting to hire talent and support team-building efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, including 4+ years in creative management or creative team leadership.
- Experience with game creative or asset production pipelines and cross-discipline dependencies.
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
- Strong performance management, coaching, development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin required.

- Experience across the entire game art production pipeline.
- Experience shipping stylized AAA game content or creating high-quality stylized art.
- Passion for competitive PvP games, especially MOBAs.
- Creative or art team-building experience.
