What you will do

• Direct and coordinate single- and multidiscipline project teams from development and initiation through close-out.
• Manage complex small to medium projects and routine large projects, including multiple concurrent engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, workloads, deliverables, schedules, and project budgets throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct periodic project reviews with accounting, operational, and business leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and support deliverable development.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage project scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables with staff and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification.
• Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects.
