Curative Specialist (Mortgage)

Location: Remote, USA, Texas, Irving

Salary: $23.37–$31.15 hourly

What you will do

• Review chains of ownership and liens for residential mortgage loans and identify discrepancies.
• Research and clear title issues using proprietary tools and advice from clients.
• Manage loan pipeline actions and communications, including daily coordination with lenders.
• Monitor communications, reconcile the pipeline weekly, and confirm that loans are reviewed and worked accurately.
• Provide telephone and email customer service while coordinating with internal teams.
• Follow procedures, troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in title review, closing, funding, or post-closing of residential mortgage loans.
• Residential mortgage industry experience and knowledge of the mortgage loan lifecycle and related documents.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, time-management, communication, customer-service, and independent-judgment skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple pipeline activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
