What you will do

• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap for supply chain operations across the WEEM zone.
• Analyze and redesign supply chain processes to improve efficiency, agility, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders to implement transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption, continuous improvement, training, support, and change management across different countries.
• Evaluate models and algorithms and develop data analytics capabilities to support supply chain decision-making.
• Communicate the transformation vision and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in demand and supply planning.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
• Proven experience with o9 Solutions, particularly demand planning and forecasting.
• Experience applying change management principles and practices.
