Focus on drafting command-level memorandums, SOPs, and training materials, supporting audit and payment integrity reviews, and advising enterprise travel program managers.
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL (On-site)

What you will do
- Conduct travel program inspections, investigations, Staff Assistance Visits, and internal control reviews across the SOF Enterprise.
- Identify travel program gaps and establish corrective programs to strengthen compliance and program integrity.
- Support Department of War audit activities, Payment Integrity and Improper Payment Program reviews, and Risk Management and Internal Control activities.
- Develop command-level policy memorandums, briefs, information papers, SOPs, regulations, directives, and training materials.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to headquarters and enterprise travel program managers.
- Develop and conduct initial and sustainment training for travel program stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- At least 5 years of experience conducting compliance audits, program reviews, or quality assurance assessments within Department of War travel programs.
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs.
- Strong analytical, auditing, regulatory research, and compliance gap identification skills.
- Ability to write command-level policy memorandums, briefing decks, information papers, and SOPs.
