Global Fund Finance – Blackstone Credit, Assistant Vice President

Location: Miami, United States

Expected annual base salary: $130,000–$200,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee NAV finalization, P&L reconciliation, investor allocations, capital calls, and distributions for open-ended and closed-ended private credit funds.
• Review management and performance fee calculations and payments in line with fund governing documents.
• Approve investor capital account statements and review annual audited financial statements while coordinating with external auditors.
• Prepare or review performance, regulatory, investor, client, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, fund administrators, and auditors.
• Oversee offshore and onshore resources, approve expense allocations and vendor payments, and streamline fund processes and templates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of public accounting, fund, or fund administrator experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Experience with credit products such as loans, CLOs, bonds, revolvers, or delayed draws is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, summarize issues, develop recommendations, and collaborate across teams.
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred; securities licensing may be required depending on client-facing responsibilities.
