Location: Onsite at the headquarters in Waterloo, Wisconsin, United States; standard shift is 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

What you will do
- Lead and execute high-level assembly tasks requiring advanced technical expertise.
- Apply S-Tec standards to complex builds and quality reviews.
- Service and set up high-end drivetrain components using SRAM Technical University training.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and difficult builds as the primary floor resource.
- Mentor advanced and entry-level technicians and share assembly best practices.
- Audit completed builds, develop SOPs, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in bicycle assembly, advanced mechanical service, or a closely related technical field.
- Proficiency in high-level assembly processes and advanced component installation.
- S-Tec certification or the ability to obtain it.
- SRAM Technical University certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, leadership, training, communication, and technical documentation skills.
