What you will do
- Provide on-site deskside support for executives and end users.
- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Windows operating system issues.
- Install and reload standard PC applications and base images.
- Install, relocate, upgrade, modify, and discontinue desktop and laptop equipment.
- Perform break/fix support, IMAC activities, data migrations, and PC refreshes.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience providing technical support in an on-site environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating system errors.
- Ability to support desktop and laptop installations, upgrades, relocations, and modifications.
- Ability to serve executive users professionally.
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting executives.
