Account Manager Post Acute Care (Medical Sales)

Location: Sacramento, California; must live near Chico or Redding, California, for five days of field work.

Compensation: $100,000 first-year guarantee, including a $75,000 minimum base salary with commission, spiffs, and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage relationships and a book of business for existing post-acute care accounts.
• Sell new business to existing customers, convert accounts to higher service levels, and support new account installations.
• Generate demand for products and services across national, regional, secondary, and tertiary market accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular status and strategy meetings.
• Coordinate sales forecasts, manage co-op accruals, and set up new customers in internal systems.
• Develop new products for customers and increase revenue spend per account.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate SAP skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
• Must live near Chico or Redding, California, and work in the field five days per week.
