What you will do

• Deliver capital engineering projects up to €5M from initiation and feasibility through design, execution, commissioning and qualification, handover, and close-out.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, changes, communication, and performance reporting.
• Report monthly on safety, cost, schedule, resource, and other project KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and integrate technical interfaces within the Frankfurt Bio Campus Engineering Projects Team.
• Lead and support third-party contractor and supplier management.
• Implement construction safety, GMP, FDA, Planet Care, SMS 2.0, and TRT requirements throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of capital project engineering or project delivery experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, building and utilities, or a related technical engineering environment.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary capital projects covering safety, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and project controls.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and building and construction regulations and standards.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree; professional engineering designation is preferred.
• Stakeholder and people management experience in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Professional project management designation such as PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PMQ, or Prince2.
• Professional engineering designation such as PE, P.Eng., or Chartered Engineer.
