Full-Time Vehicle Condition Assessor (Automotive)

Location: KS - Kansas City - Merriam, 6801 E Frontage Rd, Merriam, Kansas 66204

Hourly rate: $17.00–$27.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess and document cosmetic and mechanical vehicle conditions for appraisal analysis.
• Option vehicles accurately during assessments and inventory updates.
• Capture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles for hirify.global websites.
• Prepare vehicles for and support wholesale auction operations.
• Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verify appraisal details, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, onboarding, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate across departments.
• Follow standardized processes and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professional appearance standards.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

• Experience in vehicle assessments or a related automotive field.
