Treasury Capital Markets (Fund Finance), Vice President

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$250,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, documentation, syndication, and closing of subscription and NAV-backed credit facilities.
• Manage extensions, amendments, and refinancing for legacy credit facilities while maintaining lender and counsel relationships.
• Assess liquidity requirements and covenant compliance with hirify.global business lines.
• Support corporate bond issuances and other debt capital markets transactions.
• Prepare and review lender diligence materials and respond to inquiries from deal teams, finance personnel, and senior leadership.
• Drive Treasury process optimization and automation, while mentoring junior professionals and coordinating offshore support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fund finance, treasury capital markets, banking, or credit markets.
• Significant experience with subscription credit facilities, NAV financing, and other fund-level leverage products.
• Experience leading financing transactions, managing lender relationships, and negotiating credit documentation.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, liquidity management, and capital markets within alternative asset management.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing or mentoring junior professionals are preferred.
