Senior Staff for Program Accounting and Finance (SAP)

Location: Washington, DC; onsite five days per week. Work location may change based on client requirements, with travel up to 25%.

Salary: $103,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and provide quality assurance for accounting teams supporting Accounting and Finance Operations.
• Reconcile general ledger summaries with detailed journals across internal and partner accounting systems.
• Translate accounting requirements into ERP functionality, support users through Tier II support, and identify system improvements.
• Convert accounting information requirements into ad hoc reports using business analytics.
• Research and correct outstanding transactions and reconcile reimbursable programs across government organizations.
• Support Forms 7113, 1219/1220, and 7801, and drive completion of the Tri-Annual Review process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of government accounting and finance experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with business case analytics and Momentum or similar ERP systems.
• At least 4 years leading and supporting similarly sized projects and complex contracts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility and U.S. citizenship required.
