Presentation Designer (Hybrid) - 2nd Shift (PowerPoint)

Location: Hybrid role in Phoenix, Arizona; must be able to commute to Phoenix, AZ. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. on the second shift.

Salary: $70,000 annually, non-negotiable. The stated hourly rate is $33.65; the broader location pay range is $28.41–$43.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Create templates, backgrounds, pitch books, presentations, client memoranda, information graphics, charts, diagrams, and other presentation materials.
• Produce and edit multi-page and multi-section documents using templates and style sheets.
• Import and revise graphics files using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate team workflow, prioritize incoming jobs, delegate duties, and monitor deadlines and turnaround times.
• Collaborate on complex projects, communicate job or deadline issues, and handle confidential documents.
• Maintain production tracking data, support monthly metrics and reporting, and train new employees on policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of experience.
• At least four years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating charts in Excel and translating complex data into visually compelling presentations.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, brand awareness, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, teamwork, and technical-query handling skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects.
• Video or sound editing skills.
• Knowledge of print design.
• Experience with motion graphics and multimedia work.
