Location: Albany Plant, Albany, Georgia, United States. On-site work in a manufacturing plant with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and possible overtime.
Starting pay: $24.60 per hour. Total rewards may include salary, bonus where applicable, and benefits.

What you will do
- Operate high-speed converting and packaging equipment.
- Control production processes through computer terminals.
- Maintain and clean automated equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- Act as a system or equipment owner for the assigned production area.
- Maintain accurate production records and data.
- Support production flow, performance goals, product quality, and safe operations.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools and perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing, bending, stooping, and entering confined spaces.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including hearing and eye protection, bump caps, and steel-toed shoes, in compliance with OSHA regulations.

- Experience with manufacturing processes, automated equipment, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, or hygiene.
