VP, Senior Manager of Growth Marketing (Fintech)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; office-based duties are required.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 15% each.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end IBD and RIA prospect funnel, including lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion, and ROI.
• Develop multichannel campaigns across paid media, content, events, partnerships, and email.
• Build segmentation, messaging, lead scoring, qualification, and nurture programs to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, attribution, forecasting, and performance gaps.
• Partner with Sales, Recruiting, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Analytics on strategy and execution.
• Manage budgets and resources while building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively senior marketing experience, preferably in securities, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
• Experience leading teams and working across growth marketing, performance media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, Tableau, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, shape business strategy, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong executive communication, judgment, hands-on execution, and understanding of compliance-driven industries.
