Accelerator Lead Data & AI Engineering (Paris) (Data & AI Engineering): Building reliable, reusable, and optimized data modules and pipelines for enterprise data and analytics initiatives with an accent on cloud platforms, data modeling, compliance, and AI engineering. Focus on leading Data and AI Engineers, designing production-ready solutions, optimizing performance and costs, and ensuring secure operation under GxP and cybersecurity requirements.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days off site
Salary: €76,000–€101,333 gross annually

What you will do
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
- Design and develop reliable, reusable, low-latency data modules, pipelines, and data models.
- Work with cloud and data architects, product owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and external partners.
- Define support models and own build-and-run activities, including operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Data and AI Engineers while mentoring practitioners and supporting professional development.
- Ensure solutions comply with GxP, data quality, security, governance, and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, including production-ready software development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong experience with AWS, SQL, relational databases, data modeling, query tuning, and data warehousing with Snowflake.
- Experience creating orchestrated data pipelines with Apache Airflow and using automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with vector, time-series, and graph databases, LLM technologies, structured and unstructured data, and IoT data.
- English and French required; the role is based in Paris and follows a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Azure, IICS, Tibco, R, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or relevant AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or IICS certifications.
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of quality, regulatory, data privacy, GxP, SOX, or cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience with backup, monitoring, and FinOps tools such as NetBackup, Commvault, Splunk, Datadog, or BPPM.
