What you will do

• Manage the GCI ligand-binding assay laboratory team supporting vaccine trials from Phase I through Phase IV.
• Provide scientific oversight for regulated bioanalytical assays, data integrity, documentation, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate project timelines, scheduling, experimental studies, method development, validation, and stability assessments.
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve assay throughput, precision, accuracy, and quality.
• Lead team members and collaborate with scientific project teams to provide immunology expertise and project insights.

Requirements

• PhD in Science with 4+ years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 6+ years, or BS with 9+ years.
• Previous experience with ligand-binding assays, including ELISA, RIA, Luminex, MSD, Ortho VITROS, ECL, and automated platforms.
• Demonstrated team leadership and laboratory management experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
