What you will do
- Build out BXCI’s credit investing business in Japan through new opportunity origination and business development.
- Analyze and model credit opportunities across buyout financings, private credit, asset financing, and securitization structures.
- Prepare presentations and investment memoranda covering opportunities, financial strategies, and business performance.
- Manage investment onboarding, monitoring, and existing portfolio activities.
- Facilitate the structuring and execution of funding transactions and securitizations.
- Lead client and internal meetings, negotiations, due diligence sessions, and risk management activities involving interest rate swaps and foreign currency forwards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in buy-side investing, investment banking, securitization, or a related field.
- Demonstrated acquisition and financing transaction experience.
- Strong academic track record and analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment with sound judgment and a high level of motivation.
