What you will do
- Provide PC, hardware, and software support across all divisions.
- Administer local area networks and configure installed technology.
- Install, test, and maintain hardware and software.
- Support technology preparation for new branch openings.
- Maintain inventory, order approved supplies, and coordinate with internal IT teams.
- Deliver technical support while managing multiple deadlines and occasional extended hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of Information Systems experience.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing, operation, and local area networks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
