Leadership Fellows Non-Tenure Track Faculty (Leadership)

Location: On-campus teaching, with some courses potentially delivered online.

Salary: $2,200 per semester credit, with the final amount based on education, related experience, and total workload units.

What you will do

• Teach leadership courses in small-group seminar formats or online.
• Use experiential instruction, leadership theory, and practical learning models.
• Evaluate student work through grading and written feedback.
• Advise, evaluate, and support students from varied backgrounds.
• Develop courses, syllabi, and curriculum improvements.
• Manage curriculum and grading in the Canvas teaching platform.

Requirements

• Academic or professional experience in leadership.
• Minimum master's degree, or equivalent organizational leadership experience considered case by case.
• Ability to work professionally and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to contribute to students' academic success and the university's mission.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching interdisciplinary courses.
• Experience with small-group seminars and applied learning.
• Knowledge of college student development.
• Experience creating and using syllabi in higher education.

• Part-time appointments may last several weeks, a semester, or an academic year depending on program needs and funding.
• Academic-year appointments cover fall and spring semesters.

• Positions at 0.5 FTE or more may be represented by the Associated Faculty of hirify.global.
• This position is not eligible for new sponsorship.
