TL;DR
Prep and Finish (Manufacturing): Cleaning, preparing, deburring, sanding, and finishing manufactured parts for inspection and production with an accent on blueprint-based processing, safe machine operation, and defect identification. Focus on operating presses, shears, plasma cutters, forklifts, and overhead cranes, completing TIG welding as needed, and maintaining production schedules.
Location: Lebanon, Ohio, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility
Salary: USD $19.00 per hour

What you will do
- Process parts according to blueprints and written or verbal specifications while meeting routed hours.
- Select sanding and grinding accessories for deburring and sanding parts.
- Safely operate a machine press, shears, and plasma cutter.
- Inspect drilled plates for broken bits and defects, removing debris and reporting findings to the lead.
- Complete TIG welding on specific jobs as needed.
Requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Read measuring instruments such as tape measures.
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training is preferred.
- Maintain dependable attendance to support strict production schedules.
