Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG Sauces)

Location: London - The Shard; flexible hybrid working approach, including the ability to work from abroad.

hirify.global is a large food and consumer packaged goods company operating a UKI sauces business.

What you will do

• Own the total UK Sauces P&L and financial routines, providing visibility into volume, price, COGS, mix, and other performance drivers.
• Define the budget and strategic planning processes.
• Lead the long-term revenue growth management plan across sub-categories.
• Assess pricing power, brand equity, competition, Price Pack Architecture, and pack strategy.
• Partner with Demand Planning on demand reviews.
• Manage an apprentice or analyst and engage with senior internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in FMCG finance or strategy, or 2–3+ years in consulting.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Confidence to respectfully challenge decisions, resilience, curiosity, positivity, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork.
