What you will do
- Build relationships with key decision makers and prescribers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Raise market awareness and deliver sales messages for Repatha through face-to-face and virtual customer engagement.
- Identify unmet customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement territory and key account plans with the Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Gather competitive intelligence and follow through on customer commitments and requests.
- Record customer activity in the CRM system and maintain accurate customer profiles while continuously improving product, communication, and selling skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the private sector.
- Ability to collaborate on account plans and work comfortably with technology.
Nice to have
- Product sales experience in cardiology or endocrinology.
- Local market knowledge.
- Experience with drug enlistment in the private sector.
