Acquisition Analyst (Top Secret Clearance Required) (DoD acquisition): Supporting the planning, execution, and sustainment of mission-critical acquisition programs for U.S. Special Operations Forces with an accent on acquisition strategy, lifecycle documentation, cost, schedule, performance, and risk management. Focus on preparing milestone reviews and executive decision materials, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and identifying acquisition risks and capability gaps.

What you will do
- Support the planning, execution, and management of Department of Defense acquisition programs for USSOCOM SOF AT&L program offices.
- Develop acquisition strategies and maintain documentation such as SOWs, PWSs, APBs, SAMPs, funding documents, and spend plans.
- Support requirements development, technology assessments, market research, and acquisition milestone reviews.
- Monitor cost, schedule, technical performance, compliance, and risk, recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare executive reports, briefings, dashboards, decision packages, and responses to taskers, audits, and data calls.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, Integrated Product Teams, contractors, and external partners while supporting budget and resource management.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required.
- On-site work in Tampa, Florida, is required.
- At least 10 years of experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition programs.
- Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and Defense Acquisition Framework, including acquisition lifecycle activities from requirements development through sustainment.
- Bachelor's degree in acquisition, business administration, program management, engineering, finance, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- DAWIA Practitioner or DAWIA Advanced certification, or the ability to obtain the required certification if contractually permitted.
Nice to have
- Experience with Special Operations Forces, aviation, maritime acquisition, tactical communications, ISR and sensor systems, software acquisition, or science and technology programs.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, technology transition, Agile or Software Acquisition Pathway, cost and price analysis, contracting support, or DoD financial management systems.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
