What you will do
- Support production operations and identify opportunities for flexibility, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Improve packing-line performance, including new-equipment installation and startup, performance-loss analysis, and target-setting projects.
- Optimize warehouse space, time, movement, and inventory storage.
- Validate formulas and equipment before production and maintain consistent product quality.
- Manage site environmental impact, waste, defective-product destruction, and workplace safety.
- Lead improvement projects and coordinate ideas across site functions to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduated in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
- Graduation date between June 2027 and June 2028.
- Advanced English required.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data-analysis tools, teamwork, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices.
