TL;DR
Products & Services Specialist / Senior Products & Services Specialist (Energy Efficiency Programs): Supporting the operation, performance tracking, financial validation, and customer acquisition activities of multiple energy-efficiency direct-offer programs with an accent on vendor invoice validation, KPI dashboards, process documentation, and operational consistency. Focus on identifying process gaps, standardizing repeatable workflows, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and improving customer participation, fulfillment, savings, and conversion.
Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid work with three onsite days per regular workweek and residence within a reasonable daily commute

What you will do
- Support day-to-day operations across behavioral, DIY, in-home, and marketplace energy-efficiency direct-offer programs.
- Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions, coordinate issue resolution, and support monthly financial close activities.
- Track participation, fulfillment, savings, customer experience, acquisition, and funnel metrics through dashboards and reporting.
- Maintain process maps, inventories, program documentation, and standard operating procedures across programs.
- Coordinate campaigns, leads, customer follow-ups, stakeholders, vendors, and offer rollout activities.
- Identify process gaps and defects, recommend improvements, test changes, and support standardization and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Products & Services Specialist: five years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- Senior Products & Services Specialist: at least two years of relevant experience in addition to the degree, or seven years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Must be able to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- STEM-related degree or equivalent foundational experience.
- Exposure to change management, process improvement, or data integration.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or digital marketplaces.
