Solder Dip Operator (Manufacturing): Applying solder coatings to capacitor wire leads and performing finished-goods operations at a manufacturing site with an accent on solderability, testing, and production data accuracy. Location: Bennington, Vermont, United States; onsite, 1st shift. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

What you will do
- Apply smooth solder coatings to completed capacitor wire leads using the Unity Design Machine and hand solder pots.
- Perform daily testing and solder analysis.
- Record critical production data on lot traveler tickets.
- Operate Solder Dip and Finished Goods processes efficiently on the 1st shift.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
- Follow company quality and safety requirements.
- Wear required personal protective equipment.
- Qualify as a U.S. Person, including a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Be able to work around occasional dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals within established safety limits.
