What you will do

• Own the data platform, analytical infrastructure, and data engineering architecture.
• Build next-generation ingestion pipelines, APIs, analytical models, database schemas, and cloud-native services for Enable 2.0.
• Integrate external data from hospitals, healthcare partners, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Develop durable data cleaning, quality, governance, and automated testing processes for fragmented healthcare data.
• Build predictive analytics, AI-driven workflows, operational decision-support systems, reporting layers, and Power BI dashboards.
• Translate business questions from executive and operational stakeholders into technical solutions and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building production data systems and analytical solutions.
• Expert Python and strong SQL skills, including pipeline development, data manipulation, modeling, complex queries, performance optimization, and database design.
• Production experience with predictive analytics models such as gradient boosting, random forests, or logistic regression.
• Experience with hospital data systems or healthcare standards including HL7, FHIR, and claims data.
• Experience integrating third-party data and working with messy, incomplete, or immature datasets.
• Knowledge of Git, code reviews, automated testing, software design principles, BI tools, and AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience in hospital operations, revenue cycle, or patient financial services.
• R, healthcare EDI files such as 835/837, HIPAA, PHI, or system migration experience.
• JavaScript, dbt, Airflow, cloud platforms, or experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or early-stage company.
