MedTech - Healthcare Collections Associate – Flex Support (Medical Devices)

Location: Albuquerque, NM; requires visits to assigned hospitals and local travel for up to 2–3 hours.

Salary: $25–$27 per hour.

What you will do

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect reprocessed surgical, non-invasive, and vascular medical equipment.
• Package and ship collected products to the client manufacturing plant.
• Document daily collection totals and maintain accurate logs.
• Notify the local Sales team when shipping supplies are needed.
• Travel locally to support customer needs; travel time and mileage are paid.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted driver license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and meet facility immunization requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, general labor, warehousing, or customer service.
