TL;DR
Cloud Developer (Senior) (Cloud/DevSecOps): Designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud environments and applications supporting PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS with an accent on cloud architecture, automation, migration strategies, and hybrid deployments. Focus on building high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions, establishing cloud governance, optimizing costs, and maintaining compliance across enterprise and government environments.

What you will do
- Design and implement cloud service delivery models and architectures for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Automate infrastructure and applications using DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Develop, migrate, and rehost secure cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud applications.
- Develop cloud strategies covering failover, disaster recovery, high availability, scalability, cost optimization, and service analysis.
- Debug cloud stack issues, manage cloud policies, evaluate technologies, and establish governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and enterprise architects while documenting architectures and supporting knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, including 5 years in cloud development or architecture.
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
- Experience with ETL processes, Splunk, SQL-based platforms, Python, and scripting or automation languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and cloud security.
- Ability to architect secure solutions supporting high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and compliance.
Nice to have
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
- Familiarity with enterprise logging, monitoring, and performance tools.
- Background in government or highly regulated environments.
