Project Manager - Aviation

What you will do

• Manage complex aviation projects, including terminals, airport lounges, baggage systems, support spaces, and maintenance facilities.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, consultants, and leadership.
• Develop project schedules and manage delivery against established milestones.
• Oversee project billings, collections, profitability, and performance reporting.
• Manage multiple projects and potentially oversee other project managers.
• Support business development, recruiting, community representation, and industry conference participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant architecture and design experience focused on aviation projects.
• Registered Architect with a current license.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, client communication, and relationship-development skills.
