Location: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, United States; onsite entertainment venue work required

What you will do
- Oversee the installation, rehearsal, daily operation, maintenance, and integrity of assigned entertainment shows and venues.
- Lead daily entertainment operations and create, enter, review, and approve cast and crew schedules.
- Train, supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop cast and crew while maintaining training records.
- Coordinate pre-production, rehearsals, creative development, production calendars, budgets, archives, and project documentation.
- Maintain venue safety procedures, inspections, emergency plans, injury reports, and technical standards.
- Act as the point of contact for internal departments, directors, choreographers, construction companies, and other contractors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of production experience in theater, television, radio, motion pictures, dance, recording studios, or visual arts.
- Strong team leadership, organizational, time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, including prolonged standing and walking in extreme weather conditions.
Nice to have
- College degree in theater or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of theme park experience.
- Special event, stage management, or project management experience.
