What you will do
- Lead total bridal category performance, including sales, customer behaviors, and presentation standards.
- Provide expert guidance on diamonds, storytelling, payment options, and confident closing.
- Own bridal visual merchandising and align displays with launches and selling priorities.
- Observe or coach one bridal presentation per team member each month and provide actionable feedback.
- Improve conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and other key KPIs through personal performance and team leadership.
- Partner with store leadership to identify and develop bridal talent and reinforce teamwork and accountability.
Requirements
- Expertise in bridal jewelry, diamonds, customer storytelling, and consultative selling.
- Ability to coach team members and build consistent bridal sales behaviors.
- Ability to lead visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards.
- Availability for full-time, in-store work in Murray, Utah.
