Telemarketing Executive (Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Handle inbound web-based customer enquiries about eligibility, plan benefits, policy coverage, and terms and conditions.
• Generate sales through outbound calls to website-generated leads and work toward closing sales.
• Achieve sales targets, productivity standards, quality standards, and first-call resolution goals.
• Communicate with members and collaborate with client management, medical teams, and internal colleagues to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records, support less experienced colleagues, and contribute to team objectives.
• Identify process improvements and make recommendations to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the health industry, insurance, or outbound sales.
• Proven telemarketing insurance sales experience across inbound and outbound channels, ideally in an advised sales process.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to exercise judgement, organize and prioritize work, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Basic system navigation, Microsoft application, and keyboard skills.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and demonstrated sales experience in a highly regulated environment.
