What you will do

• Contribute to each phase of M&A and private capital advisory engagements.
• Support deal teams while gaining exposure to clients and senior bankers.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and articulate their impact.
• Prepare, quality-check, and improve work products and deal deliverables.
• Stay aligned with teammates on active workstreams, deadlines, and upcoming tasks.
• Communicate ideas and findings verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree; recent graduates with little or no professional experience may be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of Excel, finance, and accounting.
• Understanding of how the three financial statements connect.
• Experience with Excel formulas, data validation, macros, tables, and conditional formatting.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to respond quickly to emails and calls in an on-call role and manage multiple priorities.
