Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Salesforce SLDS)

Location: Remote, with eligibility to work in the United States required. No visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Design user experience and interface solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Normalize approximately 200 legacy transaction flows into consistent, reusable interface patterns.
• Create, maintain, and govern a design system used by multiple development teams.
• Conduct user research, qualitative analysis, and synthesis to guide design decisions.
• Produce interaction designs, wireframes, prototypes, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Partner with product, business, engineering, designers, and development teams to align and review design implementation.

Requirements

• At least two years of full-time equivalent experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• At least one fully implemented project that normalized approximately 200 flows into consistent interface patterns.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and governing design systems used simultaneously by multiple independent development teams.
• Working knowledge of digital accessibility standards and their application in interface design.
• Three or more years of experience in digital design, user research, qualitative analysis and synthesis, and interaction design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, with project experience documentable through dates, detailed descriptions, and professional references.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer credential.
• IAAP CPACC or WAS certification.
• Experience supporting a state department of motor vehicles or comparable state agency.
