Light Equipment Operator 2-3rd Shift

Location: Angola, Indiana, United States

Pay: $18.20 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit maintenance requests when needed.
• Coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members when required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard equipment setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic equipment adjustments according to job requirements and machine capabilities.
• Availability for full-time third-shift work.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
