Clinical Services Manager (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule

Location: On-site in Lakewood, California, with regular travel between adult day programs in Long Beach, Signal Hill, and Norwalk.

Salary: $108,606–$117,815.47 per year

What you will do

• Lead behavioral support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple adult day programs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Observe individuals and staff in real-world program environments and monitor implementation.
• Train, coach, supervise, and develop behavioral support staff on prevention, de-escalation, behavior strategies, and data collection.
• Review behavioral data, adjust interventions, and provide clinical guidance during complex or escalated situations.
• Collaborate with Program Directors, families, caregivers, Regional Center representatives, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
• Either current BCBA certification with at least 3 years of behavior intervention experience, or current LMFT/LCSW licensure, at least 12 units of ABA coursework, and 3 years of behavior intervention experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, including staff coaching, mentoring, training, or development.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, current automobile insurance, and ability to travel locally between programs.
• Regular on-site presence is required; this is not a remote position.
