Salary: USD 151,102.80–204,433.20 annually

What you will do

• Lead business cases for strategic Global Quality initiatives, incorporating operational needs, financial considerations, risks, and expected benefits.
• Establish frameworks to define, track, demonstrate, and sustain financial, operational, capacity, quality, and organizational value.
• Integrate operational, portfolio, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Support portfolio prioritization, scenario planning, resource allocation, and long-range business planning with functional leaders.
• Develop scalable performance tools, dashboards, governance mechanisms, and decision frameworks.
• Advise senior leaders on complex business problems, alternatives, and decisions that improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, master's degree with 5 years, bachelor's degree with 7 years, associate's degree with 12 years, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience.
• Experience influencing leadership and customers in cross-functional business operations or strategic project management.
• Ability to present ideas and document complex concepts and processes in written and oral communication.
• Understanding of Quality, GxP, Global Quality interdependencies, and complex project or program execution.
• Experience working with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a matrixed, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and their application to day-to-day activities.
• Experience applying DAI decision-making and meeting-management practices.
