VP, Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

Location: HQ — San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Compliance RegTech strategy and roadmap.
• Implement AI, automation, workflow, analytics, and reporting solutions across Compliance functions.
• Lead technology initiatives for regulatory change management, complaint management, fair lending, CRA, compliance testing, reporting, risk assessments, and policy management.
• Design automated workflows, monitoring capabilities, executive dashboards, and compliance reports using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and AI platforms.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions and support examinations, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Build and lead a high-performing RegTech function while advising executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading regulatory technology, automation, digital transformation, or compliance technology initiatives.
• Experience implementing AI, workflow automation, advanced analytics, and reporting solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, risk management frameworks, and banking regulatory requirements.
• Experience in areas such as Consumer Compliance, Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP, HMDA, Mortgage Lending, Deposit Compliance, Complaint Management, Regulatory Change Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Compliance Monitoring and Testing.
• Experience with tools including Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Automate, n8n, Salesforce, Archer, ServiceNow, GRC platforms, AI/LLM technologies, API integrations, and workflow orchestration tools.
