Senior Learning Consultant (Child Support Systems)

Location: Remote in the United States, with required travel to Wisconsin as in-person training needs increase

What you will do

• Develop and maintain learning plans, training schedules, course outlines, and training materials.
• Design and develop software training content for remote and in-person delivery.
• Create learning materials based on system design documentation, business requirements, business processes, and new technology functionality.
• Facilitate training sessions supporting implementation, user adoption, and effective use of new systems.
• Coordinate learning activities across audiences, stakeholders, and project phases.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback, assessments, lessons learned, and project needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading remote and in-person software training for large, complex technology implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with Child Support Programs and automated Child Support systems.
• 5+ years of experience developing training plans, course outlines, and materials from system design documentation.
• 5+ years of experience conducting training classes for new business processes and related technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Child Support Program processes, including case initiation, locate, establishment, case management, enforcement, financial management, state disbursement operations, analytics, reporting, customer service, and federal regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Training, instructional design, or learning certification.
• Experience with large-scale government or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with organizational change management, user adoption, or complex business application learning programs.
