What you will do

• Plan and execute channel marketing strategies for the Canadian Private Wealth business.
• Coordinate thought leadership and educational content to increase advisor awareness, trust, and adoption of hirify.global offerings.
• Develop and execute virtual and in-person events for financial advisors and their clients.
• Manage initiatives through hirify.global and partner firm compliance approval processes.
• Own the advisor email marketing calendar and use analytics to optimize content, frequency, and engagement.
• Track campaign performance, report results, and provide actionable insights to leadership while collaborating across digital, content, event, sales, and business development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in financial services.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with email marketing distribution platforms and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred, or must be obtained within one year of employment if required for the role.
