Production Coordinator II (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Auckland, New Zealand facility. The role may require extended hours and weekends as needed. For security reasons, background checks and nationality checks are required before employment; access to ITAR-regulated equipment and data may require citizenship of Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, a European Union country, or a NATO member country.

What you will do

• Issue shopfloor materials to production work orders on time.
• Perform material movements and kanban circuits across assigned production departments.
• Maintain lineside inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and workplace tidiness.
• Monitor inventory orders, consumables, and perishable materials, escalating risks to production.
• Prioritize and expedite urgent subassemblies through receipt, quality control, and inventory.
• Coordinate with supply chain and cross-functional teams to resolve material blockers and meet vehicle integration timelines.

Requirements

• High school qualification and at least 2 years of relevant production experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Clear communication, task management, and status reporting skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and ability to work to multiple deadlines.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift and other required equipment.

Nice to have

• Certificate or diploma in manufacturing, business, or supply chain.
