What you will do
- Coordinate bid processes from information gathering and product/pricing development through submission, approval, follow-up, and contract documentation.
- Partner with regional sales managers, sales representatives, legal teams, and colleges or universities to meet customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Oversee collegiate licensing contracts, annual renewals, royalty reporting, and approvals for university trademarks, watermarks, and logos.
- Review uniform design mockups and ensure products comply with collegiate branding policies and state regulations.
- Maintain approved-vendor-list status, bid records, company-system updates, and tracking of pending submissions.
- Research lost business and identify opportunities for renewals, re-bids, and re-engagement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, such as contracts, legal, or purchasing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, collaborate across departments, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience with Salesforce, an order management system, AS400, JDEdwards, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to work in the Memphis headquarters Monday through Thursday and follow 8 am–5 pm CST hours.
