What you will do
- Ensure data quality and maintain accurate management, customer, and product P&L reporting.
- Support the Director Finance & Controlling with planning, simulations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Analyze P&L drivers and explain deviations from standards.
- Provide internal stakeholders with relevant financial reports and analyses.
- Maintain current sales-related and TBM management data across relevant systems.
- Support corporate standards, ad hoc requests, local and corporate projects, and cover for the Director Finance & Controlling when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least five years of operational business controlling experience in a sales entity.
- Strong understanding of calculations, costing, process modelling, and KPI implications.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of business and financial processes, Local GAAP, IFRS accounting, and controlling implications for business decisions.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Lean methods.
- Experience developing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Experience building effective teams and developing direct reports.
