Pharmacy Production Clerk Associate Representative (Pharmacy Operations)

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; onsite pharmacy production role.

Hourly rate: $17.75–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Accurately package prescription orders with medications, paperwork, labels, and shipping materials.
• Inspect patient-bound medications and packaging for accuracy, damage, spills, and product-quality concerns, escalating issues when needed.
• Verify shipping information, addresses, and labels against quality standards.
• Prepare medications requiring special handling and support inspecting, labeling, and repackaging activities.
• Stock supplies, replenish workstations, move materials, and prepare mail sacks, bulk containers, and shipment packages.
• Maintain productivity, quality, safety, and organization while collaborating on process improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, pharmacy, distribution, or another operational environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using technology in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to read, compare, and verify information accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to visually inspect small medications, labels, and packaging for extended periods and to stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
• Experience with quality inspections or quality-focused production.
• Familiarity with packaging, shipping, inventory management, or material handling.
