Local Sales Coordinator (Digital Media)

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Execute promotional campaigns and contests for clients and the station across broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate communications, media assets, and campaign delivery across offices and client teams.
• Provide administrative and order-entry support to sales managers and Account Executives, including digital and traditional media orders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on professional presentations and client solutions.
• Prepare campaign recaps, air checks, screenshots, and video recaps.
• Maintain Wide Orbit Media Sales inventory, spreadsheets, calendars, reports, avails, HubSpot records, and digital creative submissions.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports accurately.
• Strong time-management, project-management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, viewers, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
