Associate HR Generalist (Redmond, OR)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite Monday–Friday. The role requires flexibility for a multiple-shift operation and may involve up to 25% business travel within and outside the state.

Salary: $58,000–$87,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain HR reports covering headcount, training, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
• Provide HR operational support and maintain employee information, paperwork, and personnel files.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities with Talent Acquisition and management.
• Assess training needs, analyze training requirements, and support training program implementation.
• Manage onboarding, work authorizations, leave processes, workers’ compensation administration, job evaluations, and compensation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in HR support or HR administration.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday with flexibility for a multiple-shift operation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes within and outside the state.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
