Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite MondayβFriday. The role requires flexibility for a multiple-shift operation and may involve up to 25% business travel within and outside the state.
Salary: $58,000β$87,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain HR reports covering headcount, training, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Provide HR operational support and maintain employee information, paperwork, and personnel files.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities with Talent Acquisition and management.
- Assess training needs, analyze training requirements, and support training program implementation.
- Manage onboarding, work authorizations, leave processes, workersβ compensation administration, job evaluations, and compensation support.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Experience in HR support or HR administration.
- Ability to work onsite MondayβFriday with flexibility for a multiple-shift operation.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes within and outside the state.
Nice to have
- PHR or SPHR certification.
