What you will do

• Handle workplace safety and OSHA-related litigation matters.
• Interact substantially with clients and opposing counsel.
• Analyze legal issues and prepare clear, persuasive written work.
• Support practice development through writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Wisconsin law license and good standing are required, with continuing licensure maintained throughout employment.
• 8+ years of workplace safety experience at a law firm or government agency.
• OSHA experience is preferred; construction, oil and gas, refinery, or agriculture experience is also considered.
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational, multitasking, client service, and practice development skills.
